Admission Process
- An online Registration Form.
- Register for MIT DAT with your email id and mobile number on (www.dat.net.in)
- An automated verification link will be sent to your registered email ID. Activate your account by clicking the link.
- Provide the required details in the application form & upload the necessary documents.
- Accept the declaration and submit the online application form.
- Proceed to payment option and pay ₹3000 for Indian applicants and ₹4500 for NRI, PIO, OCI & Foreign Nationals.
- On scrutiny, verification and acceptance of application form, Admit card will be generated and sent to candidates registered email id.
NOTE:
Candidates can also download the Admit Card by login to his/her profile on MIT DAT portal. Applications are invited through online mode only.
MIT DAT (MIT Design Aptitude Test) 2024, is conducted jointly for admissions of B.Des & M.Des programs at MIT Institute of Design (MIT ID) Pune, Avantika University Ujjain & MIT University Shillong. Last date for submission of application form is 29th February 2024. Design Aptitude Test will be conducted on 07th April 2024.

Education Loans
The Institute has an exclusive tie up with CREDILA AN HDFC LTD. COMPANY for providing educational loan to students securing admission to the institute. Disbursement of the loan is as per the banks' terms and conditions.
Scholarship
In an effort to make quality design education more affordable and reachable to students from economically weaker sections, the institute offers Scholarships to all new, needy entrants. The MIT Institute of Design grants full or partial scholarships to 5% of the total students each year. The eligibility of the scholarships would depend upon the performance of the student and his/her financial needs. The interview panel will decide whether one is eligible for the scholarship. The scholarship application form should be availed by the applicant from the Institute office after getting admission to the Institute. Along with the duly filled scholarship form, one will have to attach necessary documents showing the income statements of the family members / guardians.
